Publication Charges

APC and Submission Fees

There are no submission fees or Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscripts submitted to the journal.

Other Charges

Following acceptance, an optional Publication Production and Technical Service Charge of USD 150 (INR 12000) per manuscript is available for authors who require professional technical layout and formatting support. Authors are not required to pay this fee to publish if they format their own final files in LaTeX according to standard scholarly guidelines.
For authors who opt into this service (including those who prefer to submit their final manuscript in Word format for the journal to typeset), the charge covers:

✓ Technical processing and preparation of the accepted manuscript
✓ Processing and typesetting of raw Word or unformatted LaTeX files
✓ Reference, citation, and bibliography formatting
✓ Equation and formula formatting
✓ Figure, graphic, and table preparation
✓ Journal typesetting, layout styling, and final proof generation

Manuscript Preparation

Authors may prepare and submit manuscripts using any standard LaTeX template or formatting style, including AMS, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, or other recognised formats. No specific template is required for initial submission.
After acceptance, authors who wish to bypass the optional formatting fee must provide their final editable source files completely and correctly formatted in LaTeX. Authors who cannot provide a formatted LaTeX file may utilize the optional publication production service.
No payment is required at the time of manuscript submission. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made entirely independently of whether authors choose to use the optional production services.

Manuscript Withdrawal Charges

An administrative withdrawal fee of USD 100 applies only if authors request to withdraw their manuscript after peer review has begun or after production has commenced, as outlined in our Author Guidelines.
